Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
